We invite you to join us for our 17th Annual Educational Symposium, on October 4-5, 2024, at the Crowne Plaza Cabana located in Palo Alto, California (the "Hotel").  This in-person meeting is a unique opportunity to meet, learn from, and network with the best minds in sleep medicine.

                Highlights: 

                The meeting will begin at 8:00am on Friday, October 4 and conclude at approximately 5:00pm on Saturday, October 5.  Sponsor/exhibitor set-up will be available for a limited time Thursday evening (7:00pm-8:30pm) and Friday morning starting at 7:00am. 


                Friday evening will include a hosted bar, dinner, and entertainment.


                Hotel Room Block Information:

                We have secured a room block at the Hotel.  The discounted room rate ($169 + tax) will be available until 3:00pm on September 6, 2024, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.


                • Check-in and check-out:  Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time is 12:00pm.  To guarantee an early check-in, rooms must be secured the night before.  Should guests arrive early, the Hotel may not have a room ready prior to the 3:00pm check-in time.
                • Parking:  Parking is complimentary.

                Airport Shuttle Information:

                There is no local area shuttle available at the Hotel. Neither Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) nor San Francisco International Airport (SFO) offer shuttles to the Hotel.

                  The Venue:


                  The Hotel is located at 4290 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, California. The Hotel is a full-service hotel in the center of Silicon Valley. The Venue is located near Stanford University, Stanford Hospital, NASA Ames Research Center, and the beautiful Gamble Garden. 



                  Cancellation Policy:

                  If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us via email as soon as possible.  If your cancellation request is received by September 1, 2024, we will refund your initial payment less a $25 cancellation fee.  If your cancellation request is received by September 20, 2024, we will automatically transfer your registration payment to the CSS 18th Annual Educational Symposium to be held in 2025.
