We invite you to join us for our 18th Annual Educational Symposium, on October 3-4, 2025, at the Courtyard by Marriott Liberty Station located in San Diego, California (the "Hotel").  This in-person meeting is a unique opportunity to meet, learn from, and network with the best minds in sleep medicine.

        Sponsor/exhibitor set-up will be available for a limited time Thursday evening (6:00pm-8:00pm) and Friday morning starting at 7:00am. 

        Due to limited storage and associated liabilities, the Courtyard by Marriott Liberty Station cannot accept large material or equipment shipments any sooner than three (3) business days prior to the meeting. Therefore, if necessary, please make arrangements with your shipping company to receive and store each items and have them delivered to the facility no earlier than 72 hours prior to the event.

        When sending shipments to the hotel, please address the shipping label as follows:

        Please note that the shipper is responsible for returning shipped items and the Hotel does not have shipping capabilities onsite. All unlabeled and unclaimed items will be discarded seven (7) days following completion of the event.

        We have secured a room block at the Hotel.  The discounted room rate ($229 + tax) will be available until September 2, 2025, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

        • Check-in and check-out:  Check-in time is 4:00pm; check-out time is 11:00am.  To guarantee an early check-in, rooms must be secured the night before.  Should guests arrive early, the Hotel may not have a room ready prior to the 400pm check-in time.
        • Parking:  $10 per vehicle per night.

        Arrivals:

        • Before 9:00pm, call the front desk for instructions. After 9:00pm, take a cab, UBER, or LYFT to the hotel. As long as they have the receipt, the Hotel will reimburse you up to $20.

        Departures:

        • Please see the Front Desk 1 day prior to departure to schedule a pick up.


          The Hotel is located at 2592 Laning Road, San Diego, California. The Venue is located within walking distance to a number of restaurants, including the Liberty Public Market.  There are many area sightseeing opportunities as well as golf; please check with the Front Desk for details. 




          If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us via email as soon as possible.  If your cancellation request is received by September 1, 2025, we will refund your initial payment less a $25 cancellation fee.  If your cancellation request is received by September 20, 2025, we will automatically transfer your registration payment to the CSS 19th Annual Educational Symposium to be held in 2026.
