Meeting Agenda & Highlights
The meeting will begin at 8:00AM Friday, October 18 and go until mid-afternoon Saturday, October 19.
Exhibitor set-up will be permitted for a 2-hour period on Thursday, October 17 (specifics to follow). We plan to have a Grand Reception Friday evening.
Hotel Room Block Information
We have secured a room block at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, San Francisco Airport Waterfront. The discounted room rate ($199) will be available until September 20 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
- Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 4:00PM; check-out time is 12:00PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the Hotel's approval.
- Parking Fees: The Hotel has graciously waived the $29/night parking fee.

Airport Shuttle Information
- The Hotel's shuttle is complimentary and is available from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) between the hours of 4:10AM and 12:30AM each day.
- Pick-up location at SFO: Once you have retrieved your bags, please make your way to the shuttle which is located at the top level of the departures area, one floor above baggage claim. Please go to the "hotel shuttle pick-up" island just outside the main doors. The shuttle operates on a 20-minute schedule. The shuttle is black and bears the "Embassy Suites-Waterfront and Hilton Bayfront" logos on the side. Reservations are not required.
- Pick-up location at the Hotel: The shuttle picks up in the main lobby every 20 minutes, at the :10, :30, and :50 of each hour beginning at 4:10AM. Reservations are not required.
Event Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us via email as soon as possible. If your cancellation request is received by August 31, 2019, we will refund your initial payment less a $25 cancellation fee. After August 31, 2019, your registration is non-refundable.
