We invite you to join us for our 9th Annual California Sleep Society Educational Symposium, September 30 - October 1, 2016.  We will be holding the Symposium at the Majestic Garden Hotel in Anaheim, CA. As usual, we have an incredible line-up of speakers and topics scheduled as well as some fun extra-curricular events! Registration is currently open!

 

While the final number of credits is not confirmed yet, it is expected that our meeting will be approved for:

15.0 CEUs through BRPT

15.0 CMEs through AAFP

Meeting Agenda & Highlights: 


The meeting will begin at 9am on Friday Sept. 30 and go until 5:30pm on Saturday Oct 1. Exhibitor set up time will be Friday morning from 7:00-9:00am.  We plan to have a welcome happy hour event on Thursday evening as well as a Grand Reception on Friday evening.

Hotel Room Block Information:


A room block at substantially discounted rates has been established at the Majestic Garden Hotel in Anaheim.  Rooms are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.  Please make your reservations early, once the room block is full, we may be unable to secure additional rooms at these reserved.  Room Block Deadline: September 9, 2016

Cancellation Policy:


If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us via email as soon as possible.  If your cancellation request is received by August 31, 2016 we will refund your initial payment less a $25 cancellation fee.  After August 31, 2016, your registration will be non-refundable.
